Routine Maintenance
Cleaning & Tune-up $189/unit

A Complete cleaning & Tune-up of heating unit - including safety controls, burner assembly and venting system. Clean components (burners, pilot assembly, oil motors, circulators, pumps). Replace oil filter, burner nozzles, and pump screen. Replace customer supplied air filter & thermostat batteries (if desired).
Routine maintenance is critical to keep your equipment running at or near peak efficiency. An inefficient heating or cooling system costs more money to run and causes undue stress that can lead to breakdowns.
In combination with routine maintenance, Button Oil & Propane offers 2 levels of service contract to fit the needs of our customers. Choose the contract that best suits your budget and enter this winter with lower fuel prices and the peace of mind that your equipment is protected.

- 40 % off parts & labour (up to $500) on all service during the length of the contract.
- $.10/gallon off Oil or Propane
- Priority Service versus non-service contract customers
*Customers can add a connected A/C unit to any service plan for $75
