Cap Price

These plans offer price protection or insurance against rising prices. Depending on market conditions, we can cap the price so that it will never go higher no matter what happens to energy prices. Another benefit of this plan is that if prices drop then you will pay less on your price per gallon.

Budget Plan

In order to lower your monthly bills throughout the winter, we offer budget plans for each season. These budget plans allow you to make affordable payments. Depending on market conditions we can help you cap your price per gallon.

Fixed Price

If market conditions allow us to offer this, we may provide a fixed price option for your annual heating.

Pre-Buy

Allows you to lock in a guaranteed fixed price for the entire heating season with one easy payment at a discount.

Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Grants (LIHEAP)

LIHEAP is a government program that helps qualified households with their energy bills. This program helps many customers each year and one we are proud to be a partner of. The payments are issued directly to Button Energy and appear as a credit on your bill. The amount varies according to your income, and specific family criteria. Market Price

You pay the per gallon cost currently on the market for your delivery.

Payment Options

With our various payment options, you won’t have to struggle to find a way to budget for your needs.

We offer the following:

  • Automatic Payment – Set up pre-authorized monthly payments
  • Budget Payment Plan – Spread the cost of your annual fuel usage over 12 months
  • Pay Per Delivery – Pay for each delivery as needed

Here are some of the common questions we receive:

Why do prices change between winter and summer?

There are several variables that impact the cost of fuel. Supply and demand is a prevailing factor. Since more oil and propane is used in the winter to heat homes, the demand goes up and that causes prices to rise. In the summer, while demand is less in the northeast, pricing is lower while supply is higher.
